The Univ. of Houston yesterday announced AD Chris Pezman is no longer the school's AD. Raymond S. Bartlett , the school's SVP/Administration & Finance, will serve as interim AD. Pezman, a UH alum and former player, had been the school's AD since December 2017. UH President Renu Khator said the move was "a difficult but necessary decision as we navigate a paradigm shift in collegiate athletics" ( HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 6/20 ).
