Minnesota's official tourism agency has a new unofficial slogan -- "Bring ya ass!" -- in reference to T'Wolves G Anthony Edwards ' postgame comment to TNT following the team's Game 7 win over the Nuggets Sunday, in which Edwards "encouraged analyst Charles Barkley to get his butt back to Minnesota." Explore Minnesota "seized on the comment" in several social media posts, and as the comment went viral online, a comedian named Jon Savitt "bought the domain name BringYaAss.com and set it up to redirect visitors to Explore Minnesota's website." Explore Minnesota spokesperson Chris Morgan said the agency is talking to the T'Wolves and "searching for new ways to capitalize on the remark" ( AXIOS, 5/20 ). Even Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz "got in on the action, seemingly considering changing the state's official slogan from 'L'Étoile du Nord'" in a post on X ( USA TODAY, 5/20 ).
