The NFLPA named four new members to its Exec Committee: Jets LS -- and current NFLPA Treasurer --  Thomas Hennessy , 49ers LB Oren Burks , Steeler DL Cameron Heyward and Texans QB Case Keenum . Exiting the committee include former NFLers Alex Mack , Jason McCourty and Richard Sherman ( NBCSPORTS.com, 3/8 ).
