Super Bowl week continues to bring a host of events from across the entertainment spectrum to the host city. This is a selection of the many events going on in Las Vegas this weekend in the lead up to the game.
FRIDAY
Basketball HOFer SHAQUILLE O’NEAL will host his Shaq's Fun House presented at the XS Nightclub. There will be performances by O'Neal himself as DJ DIESEL as well as by artists LIL WAYNE and DIPLO ( AUTHENTIC ).
The Field Annual Charity Fashion Show, in collaboration with The Grand Canal Shoppes will be at The Venetian Theatre ( USA TODAY ).
EA Sports is hosting the Madden Bowl at the House of Blues. There will be performances by artists BRELAND , BIG BOI , KILLER MIKE and GREEN DAY . The finale will be streamed on Twitch and YouTube ( BUSINESS WIRE ).
Dolphins QB TUA TAGOVAILOA will host EA Sports' "The 99 Club After Party" at the House of Blues. Artists DARUIS RUCKER and HIT-BOY are set to perform ( FLEISHMAN ).
Bud Light Backyard Tour will be at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Singer ZACH BRYAN is set to perform ( HOLLYWOOD REPORTER ).
Producer METRO BOOMIN and artist 21 SAVAGE will serve as team captains for the NFL’s Flag Celebrity Football game at the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center. The game will feature former NFLers CAM NEWTON and MICHAEL VICK as QBs. Packers RB AARON JONES , artists TEYANA TAYLOR and OFFSET , food personality KEITH LEE , comedians MARK PHILLIPS and FUNNY MARCO and former NFLer AJ GREEN will play on Metro’s team. Director COLE BENNETT , artists JID and TOBE NWIGWE , comedian DRUSKI , Falcons RB BIJAN ROBINSON and content creator DUKE DENNIS will play on 21 Savage’s team. The NFL Flag Celebrity game will be hosted by NFL Live’s ANDREW HAWKINS , former NFLer LOU YOUNG , WNBA Las Vegas Aces G SYD COLSOM and artist YUNG MIAMI ( YAHOO SPORTS ).
AREA15 will put on the NFL Legends “Big Game Kickoff” Party. Presented by USA TODAY in partnership with the NFL Alumni Association, the event will bring together professional athletes and special guests, including former NFLers HINES WARD , MATT RYAN , MALCOLM JENKINS and LESEAN MCCOY . Completing the event are a red-carpet experience, an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a meet-and-greet opportunity and a live performance by artist JASON DERULO ( USA TODAY ).
SATURDAY
The 37th annual Super Bowl Breakfast will be hosted by the NFL at Caesars Palace and emceed by former NFLer and NFL Network host AKBAR GBAJABIAMILA and sportscaster SAGE STEELE . Steelers S MINKAH FITZPATRICK will be presented the 2024 Bart Starr Award ( SUPER BOWL BREAKFAST ).
Former NFLer and Fox Sports' ROB GRONKOWSKI will host Gronk Beach at the Encore Las Vegas, with artists AFROJACK and FLO RIDA set to perform ( HOLLYWOOD REPORTER ).
Fanatics CEO MICHAEL RUBIN will host a private event at The Cosmopolitan with musical performances from artists A$AP FERG , MEEK MILL , ICE SPICE, LUDACRIS , NE-YO and TRAVIS SCOTT ( HOLLYWOOD REPORTER ).
Sports Illustrated and Captain Morgan will host SI The Party at the XS at the Wynn Las Vegas. The event, produced by Authentic Entertainment and Medium Rare, will feature performances from THE CHAINSMOKERS , KYGO and BEBE REXHA ( BLOOMBERG ).
The NFL will host its annual Taste of the NFL event to benefit GENYOUth's End Student Hunger Fund at the Keep the Memory Alive Event Center. The event will be hosted and curated by culinary stars ANDREW ZIMMERN , CARLA HALL , TIM LOVE , LASHEEDA PERRY and MARK BUCHER with planned appearances from NFL greats ( TASTE OF THE NFL ).
SUNDAY
Chef BOBBY FLAY will host the 10th annual Players Tailgate, with over 50 current NFL players scheduled to take part in the festivities ( BULLSEYE EVENT GROUP ).
Chef GUY FIERI and Pepsi will host the Flavortown Tailgate near the Caesars Forum in a free-to-attend event that will host more than 20 restaurant pop-ups as well as feature performances from artists DIPLO and DUSTIN LYNCH ( GUY'S FLAVORTOWN TAILGATE ).
