Nations Group, a national owner’s representation firm that specializes in assisting universities like Penn State and Florida State with the project development and construction management portions of major athletic facility projects, has been hired by Northwestern Univ. to oversee the construction of its temporary, on-campus football stadium , which will be handled by InProduction, while the $800M Ryan Field is built. The temporary facility will be located at the Lanny and Sharon Martin athletics facility near Lake Michigan. It’ll host most of the Wildcats’ home football games, as well as soccer and lacrosse, during the 2024 and 2025 seasons while the new stadium, designed by HNTB and Perkins&Will, is being built.
