A Northeast Ohio investor group co-led by former Cavaliers CEO Len Komoroski has agreed to acquire the Frontier League Lake Erie Crushers. The league has "approved the transfer of ownership" from Tom and Jacqueline Kramig , who owned the team since 2015. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The investor group also is led by Howley Foudation Chair Nick Howley , who is slated to become Vice Chair of the Crushers. Other investors include current Cavaliers CEO Nic Barlage , former Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment Co. President of Operations Mike Levy , former Hall of Fame Resort & Entertainment EVP/Global Sales Vic Gregovits , and Howley's son and Bratenahl Capital Partners founder & managing partner Mike Howley . Gregovits also will become team President, "overseeing the organization's business and baseball areas" ( CLEVELAND BUSINESS JOURNAL, 3/7 ).
