Excel signs LPGA golfer, former No. 1 Lydia Ko

Excel Sports Management has added to its women’s golf roster with the signing of Lydia Ko , currently ranked 11th in the world. Ko will be managed by Kevin Hopkins , who oversees the division that was officially launched in March of 2020 . Ko was with WME-IMG previously.

Excel’s other golf clients include Rose Zhang and Michelle Wie West on the women’s side, and Tiger Woods , Justin Thomas and Max Homa on the PGA Tour.

Ko’s sponsors include Hanna Bank, golf brand Ecco and apparel company Renoma. Ko has an iron-only club deal with Japan-based Golf Partner.
